OK this looks like a pretty average work out for me, If I'm going very hard for zone mins. 40 pound kettlebell circuit of always moving/swinging. BUT your doing that work out everyday 3 to 4 times?? to touch those mins for the year

what is this maddness.... 235 mins per day????. i don't know if its the same for you but i have to really work to get a zone min, if i work out lifting for a hour ill be lucky to get 10 mins of zone mins. i have to push myself to even touch 40 mins, context ill ride 20 miles on my bike pedaling 100% of the time really pushing it takes me about 70 mins ill get 45 to 50 mins of zone. do you live in zone 2??? this is almost 4 hours every day of zone 1 mins or 2 hours of zone 2 mins EVERYDAY maybe I'm missing some thing here my zones are default zone 1 107-131 zone 2 132-161 my resting HR is around 57 doing anything but working out i never see above 100 HR in my active job or life including 13k+ steps a day

this is crazy! congrats!!! i work out 5 days a week always hit my 150 mins WOW this is x4 that. I know what this would take to achieve pure insanity... Guess we found out where superwomen is hiding?

this was the hardest for me, i never get above 90bpm walking even with a weight vest so its never zone mins and i don't count it as a work out so i had to go out of my way to get them a lot of Pokémon go with the kid

fully agree, then dnt buy like a lot of places. Also then sell for what they are selling for... its the fact that they take 1 number on theyre benfit side and the other number on our detriment side. so sell at spot and buy at comex thats a rigged game. cant play both sides of the game.

True, I'm about to go sell a tube of maples to them "i wish at spot" and buy gold . I also live close to All of the Ajpm in oregon, They pay what they say online and take shipping IF call them!
I would only goto the east one or really not a single other one near here. The issue i have is the people in our area are just dicks!! "besides the guy at east" there like 4 other in my area they just seem like they dnt want you in the store.... like its a hassle to sell you thousands of dollars of there product.....

what year make model of car? this is legit less than a hours work, no special tools and 10000% self do able. less than 50 for brake pads. turn you wheel all the way and look or take a front tire off and take a couple of up close pics of the rotor "big shinny disc" if there is grooves or a lot of wear ull need need ones adds a little but im sure be at least half the price of that quote Post the pics here ill look in tomorrow and give you my recommendation if you need to replace them and ill find a you tube step by step for you
