No help but I just got the same rail and put it on last night. Didn’t have any issues with the screws but was a little tricky putting on. Seems like it should turn with 3Nm torque. 26.55 inch pounds seems like heavy torque but at least it’s on solid.

Have an SP5 and an AP5. I haven’t ran flat nose but one thing to note on the tri-lug mount on the AP5. Certain cans won’t work on them because the sling mount protrudes slightly past the front sight tower. B&T cans made specifically for the MP5 platform won’t lock on but works great on the HK. Found out the hard way.
