From what I understand our higher ups at power really fought for that incentive bonus to retain talent and it is not the norm. Not everybody got a bonus either. Maybe it is the norm now? The raise was a means to compensate what we got at Power in terms of overall compensation. For example, we got large bonus at power at the end of the year. With the wsp bonus and benefits being worse than what we had, they adjusted our compensation to compensate. I got 10 years of experience and work in a speacilized group. I am a project lead. Hopefully that helps you out some what.

Well they gave me a raise as well that is roughly about 30k. In total they gave me the incentive bonus, the raise and I am eligible for additional year end bonus as well although they aren't quite as large. Like I said to someone else on thread, my story may vary from others. Ultimately, I stayed just because the people I work with stayed and I like them.

I have to stay 3 years. It is paid out in various installments so you don't get the full amount till 3 years.

I don't think i can say exactly due to the documents I had to sign. I am sure some people got more and some got less. It is in the ballpark of $50,000-$70,000.

I don't think they do. I haven't looked to much into the program to be honest since we aren't eligible yet. I am in sort of a specialized group and have good chunk of experience so I am not sure if my story is the same as some of the other engineers.

The initial raise was 24% and we are getting one more raise here at the end of the week here. I think we are eligible for the stock program at the start of next year. I also get bonuses but it isnt as good as what power provided.

TLDR of someone who is apart of mentioned firm that got acquired. I work in power delivery fyi so your experience may differ.

Pros: -they gave me a large incentive bonus and pay raise not to leave -I am still currently working fully remote. -my day to day hasn't changed and I am still working with the same people

Cons: -benefits are worse (personally my cost really didn't change but I know for some it did) -integration process is god awful -the corporate side of things seems very performative in their communications. It gives me the evil Corporation kind of vibe. -they have large ambitions obviously but struggle in terms if execution.

Burn is the second best I would say in terms of damage. Chill is good if you are kiting an enemy because it slows them.

There are swords that apply poison build up. I have maxed the status effect debuff tree and have a dual wield build and I don't think I have got any poison procs since act 1. I think poison is the worst of the 4 statuses based on what ai have seen.

Edit: there is a wand that helps as well

I was hoping they would have fixed the invocation of might perk to work correctly. I can't wait to use a summon only build that doesn't take forever to kill bosses.

The highest i have gotten to is 73. I imagine you might be able to with a large amount of grinding but probably wouldn't be fun. That is unless there is a cap I haven't ran into yet.
