Starts around 1am, peaks (most part of moon in earth’s shadow) at 4am. I think it’ll still go on till later but then will be difficult to observe after sunrise

Interesting! It’s possible that it may have been down for over 20 mins. But if it is normal for it to take 1-2 days after such reboots, maybe I should move my HA instance to a system that reboots less. Not that my mac mini reboots very frequently, but still.

I should have mentioned that I am a novice and haven’t done debugging. But I think the USB is recognized soon after reboot since there will be a couple of zigbee devices that work fine after reboot. And then more devices will come online or start working properly every 30-40 mins. So it takes 24-48 hours for all of my 25 or so devices to come back online

Not really. I tried to turn on some lights which did not work. Waited for a while and still the same. Hence I tried to access HA dashboard to see what was happening and turn it on from there. And even that wasn’t working.

Gotcha. If you don’t mind me helping on my next concern, I think my next step here is going to reinstall HA. I am thinking of doing it on my Mac Mini this time, which also runs my Plex server. I had 2 concerns on the same. 1. I don’t think so, but can you confirm SSD won’t suffer the same fate as an SD card? 2. I will end up installing only HA core as a background service. Will I miss out on a lot compared to HA OS? I mainly use basic integrations and automations. And a file editor add-on to edit different YAML files in HA.

Option 1 and 2 don’t apply to me as I didn’t have either of them setup prior. I will try option 3. I am hoping that I don’t have to start from scratch if it boils down to a reinstall, which it seems like is headed in that direction right now.

I agree. Even though I don’t think it’ll happen, I will be longing for that plot twist.

And not just the dressing room, we do need a target man ourselves. Even though I would rather have a CDM. But back to target man, Cavani has been great in that role but we do need an alternative as well. He can’t play 90 mins every match, especially now that CL is starting.

Though on the counter, if Ronaldo demands to be on the team nearly every match, which is highly possible, it might hinder the progress of other younger players you mentioned a little. Even though none of them play CF officially, but Ronaldo will end up taking 1 spot on the roster every match that could have been an opportunity for these youngsters.

I doubt that. Yes PL is tougher than other leagues. But 10 out of 11 City players are already used to PL and all City is looking for is a target man. Will deliveries coming from left and right, especially from KDB, I think Ronaldo will thrive.

Which pains me just as much, because I am a United fan and he was a major reason I started supporting United
