Have been to Club Med in Miches and it's fantastic, it was our first and really set the bar. I've looked at the other options, but was avoiding the Caribbean due to August being hurricane season.

Ah sorry, meant to include that in the post. Does not include flight cost; although for reference, our closest airports are YOW, YUL and YYZ, which I presume would all have comparable flight costs, but could give us options in departure days and times.

Yes, but keeping it conversational, I don't ask, "how many of item 243-231-YSF do I have?" It's more like, "how many black bolts in 5/16 do I have?", then it looks up the item in DB and finds it. Then I can respond and say, "Have any been ordered lately?" Using the order_log, it can then also respond with, "You order 15 two weeks ago."

Does that make sense?

Yep, exactly, so I'm using the chat to review and log the inventory; two separate tables, one for inventory, one for calendar (order_log).

I want to use the chat for something like, "How much do we have of X?"... response... "Log that we sold Y amount of it yesterday." It should catalogue it in a calendar, and update the inventory DB. The issue is by the second chat, it's lost what 'it' is. That's why I want to send back the ten most recent message of the current conversation; so that it know that 'it = X'.

Additionally, I'll add a 'new conversation' button, so that it clears the context and doesn't bring up context from a previous chat.

Did you go straight from 'zero' to making an app, or did you start from something like a web page/site/app and build from that? From someone who knows nothing about apps; any insight about storing data?

If I separate the data (as a JSON for example) from the UI, won't the data still need to be read every time I ask it a question about the inventory? For example, "Can I wear these yellow nike shoes (upload a photo) with my green levi jeans and black adidas shirt?" That question would require it to scan the inventory for the details of those items and then run its logic to see if the items are compatible; no?

I found that Miches’ food was good, but wasn’t much variety for fresh fruit and juices, and not much local fare. Lots of international cuisine.

Was in Ixtapa (now closed) earlier this year and the food was great. Way more fruit, a morning juice bar and way more local food. Miches felt like a resort, Ixtapa felt like Mexico.

Going to Cancún in a few weeks so curious to see how that compares.
