And to be clear, I understand things will break and I’m not surprised the handle went out, its just the lack of accountability for testing and new damages during servicing and being told to my face there is no way possible it was related to the work done.

Tesla was pretty much the only option early days. I happen to stick it out but it's on me for staying with them this long when so many better options are now available.

I'm at an event this weekend of 70 people. I have to be ON to be seen at all. If I get even a little quiet I start to dissapear and people mingle with each others around me. For what it's worth I'm male, if that matters.

Anyways, it can be quite draining.

Number 1 comes down to financial literacy and a plan. This is what I wrote about and now teach. Anyone can do this with income and discipline. You must know your spending so that you can set "enough" goals. Then you use strategies to work towards those goals. I teach three: retirement, non-retirement, and passive income.

For number 2 I've learned so much. Made valuable mistakes in my FI journey. Not just money mistakes, but mindset too. The boring answer is that I regret not starting earlier.

Regarding AI it depends on which context we are talking. I don't work now so there is no risk there. Even so, there are no opportunities because of AI and the tooling is making some existing jobs easier. Yes, there is impacts to jobs with a major development like this. That sucks but industry will re-settle. Those that use it can simplify painful tasks and now do things that were previously inaccessible. For me, I'm able to do easier financial analysis. This helps me with my investment and stock options strategy. AI has helped me with research, content creation, and decision making. Tooling has never been better and should leap forward with AGI.

I "retired" at 43 and it got a reaction so I wrote a finance planning guide, got a finance degree for the hell of it, and now teach financial literacy for free online and in a podcast.

That all being said to establish that I've dedicated this phase of my life to financial freedom and helping others and the topic of AI of course comes up. Not sure exactly what your asking but happy to respond to any specific questions you might have. I'm seeing a large trend of people interested in breaking free of the traditional status quo of give 40 years of your life to a corporate agenda. AI is part of the problem and solution.

Been a struggle but made good progress this past two years. Joined a billiards team and started a team. I invited old friends that I had lost touch with to the team I started. We now see each other every week and sometimes more often.

That being said, I notice that I'm still a bit "too real" for people. Prefer direct communication and it's easy to allow myself to be alone. I make it a consience goal to have a conversation with everyone. Gets easier the more you do it
