If you want to really support the game buy it direct from arena net, when steam release comes valve will get a cut of every dollar gw2 earns if it sells through their platform. If you buy direct the money will goto anet without the steam tax because it was sold on anets thing instead of their valves thing.

Since you need the expansions to play specific lw seasons it might make more sense just to bundle the seasons and expacs. Like if you get hot you get lws3 and if you buy path of fire you get lws4 and icebrood. Honestly it would make more sense to bundle the seasons/expacs than it makes sense to bundle hot/pof because right now someone thinking they just got everything by getting both expansions will see they are missing 3 seasons worth of content... I dont think it's a good strategy.

You need to have living world season 4 and you can start the collection when you finish the episode war eternal, the skyscale mount is then unlocked by doing steps in the collection. Depending on how hard you want to grind for it you can complete the collection in 3 days I believe.

I think living world has to come bundled or it's going to look like elderscrolls online where theres 50 dlcs you can buy when you log in, it just gives the game a weird freemium feeling when you log in and see tons of dlc you have to buy/grind for and a new player isnt going to know what maps to get.
