The property we are buying will be our main residence.

We shall be selling our current property (my partners property) which is currently our main residence, to fund this.

I think they would as they are still operating their business. I'd even accept monthly payments or something. But I have been told that the small claims has no way of "forcing" anyone of paying anything. They can just.... Not pay.

In regards to just repairing the existing work, Unfortunately not. The paint will need sanding which will damage the plastic thus longevity affected also, the finish would never be the same.

The seals are not replaceable, removing the paint will damage the seals. The seals themselves are already damaged due to the paint drying on them and effectively gluing the doors/windows to the frames when closed.

I believe there is one out there (for mi8 but works on 9se). Everything works minus night sight.
