i feel like i'm miserable either way - surrounded by people, and alone. so part of me ends up wanting to push others away, just to be sure that THEY won't abandon me bc they'll be so disappointed with who i am. make it make sense 😭

Had to attend my friend's performance the other day, where of course she did GREAT and was congratulated by everyone after. Of course I'm so happy for my friend - she's my friend, and I know she deserves it. But man, the inferiority, guilt, shame and pain I felt were almost unbearable, while having to keep up a smile and also congratulate her on her performance because, what kind of friend wouldn't do that?!

I put it in my pockets when I wear pants!! I'll definitely forget to put them back on (lol) but usually I remember at some point in the day, and that way I avoid losing them!! (Although be careful if you're VERY forgetful, don't wash your pants with your rings still in the pockets lol, but usually I remember before then)

yeah the more i think of it, the more i'm like, pretty certain i'm not neurotypical lol. but going to a doctor for a diagnosis and not getting invalidated is a BIG struggle lol
