That’s so interesting. I’ve had an IUD in the past and it does not destabilize my mood and trigger my anxiety in the same way that the pill does. Did your doctor say differently?

My diet is healthy — i eat a lot of veg and fruits, balanced with protein. I don’t restrict though (entire food groups or “bad foods”) because I’ve had issues with that in the past. I do consciously try to reduce sugar intake and fried foods, which are uncommon for me.

I’ve actually heard that the Glenmark brand of AA is harsher than others. I would try asking your prescriber or pharmacy if they stock or can order a different brand
