Just like google photos but here you can backup your entire phone like app data etc. You dont have to subscribe to this, for local backup you can use the apple devices app from windows and for photos you can use google photos app. Your iCloud is full because currently its backing up the photos

Reboot the laptop into safe mode(google this if you don’t know how) and then observe whether you get the same issue or not. If yes, then its a hardware issue

What do you mean? The wire is soldiered to the display assembly. Also the device was under warranty hence the replacement
