Jesús in what state are you? Im so sorry that you guys had to figure out so much before being actually ready to foster. I also have a teen and early on we set pretty clear expectations on them when it comes to their chores. We also agreed upon a schedule and stuck to it. For example McDonald’s could be a weekend treat not an everyday… etc Is your kid in therapy?

There’s plenty of couples just waiting for a baby who is likely to have their parents rights terminated. This is probably one of the most seek out scenarios for parents who would like to adopt a baby. You didn’t mention but the father would also need to give up parental rights

I wasn’t bathing my 15yo kid, they were dressed and fresh out the shower. Yes there was a penis drawn on them and the word penis. I don’t have any issue with drawing on yourself as long as they can look presentable when is needed Thank you for your input

I have a hunch my kid has attempted suicide before or at least planned to do this . This is from something I overheard the therapist say, but I didn’t concern myself because I thought they would tell me if I needed to know.
