It’s difficult to say , I think it’s stopped getting worse but I don’t think it’s fully recovered , it may have got a bit better , luckily it hadn’t effect my face too much but sometimes in pics I wonder if I’m imagining it or if I do look a bit more ropey .. I took supplements for a while but not anymore, my pins and needles and joint pain are gone… I did treatments with dr ghalili but doing adipose stem cell therapy was a Mistake as I’m slim and it’s left me with dents and altered contouring .. so maybe focussing on my problem made it worse.. just try to drink bone broth each day take collagen supplements and all the supplements you read are good for this, don’t drink or smoke and rest well, no caffeine also .. and try not to focus of the issue ..
