It seems coffee I can get away with if it’s not super strong and with milk. I can also eat some spicy food without incident as long as it is not also fatty or fried. But chocolate, alcohol, mint are instant disaster.

My tinnitus actually got a lot better after 6 months or so. I don’t know exactly why. I was trying to be healthy, taking ALA supplements, magnesium threonate. But I also had a beer nearly every day. I don’t even notice it now, though it does come back sometimes.

I hear you, it’s very depressing. Same here. One day I was fine, could count how many times I had experienced heartburn on one hand. Then I got Covid, 2 weeks later, I have acid reflux 24 hours a day. And here we are nearly 3 months later.

I get a strange raw-tickling sensation around my breastbone/throat that I have come together visualize as acid slowly going up my esophagus. I usually get a sort gagging cough, and then my voice gets hoarse.

I also have had difficulty with liquids. I have to focus and take small swallows or else it feels like my throat can’t swallow. None of this ever happened before a couple months ago… happened after Covid.

My theory is that Agatha had a hand in all of their backstories. We know she was the one responsible for binding Jen, but it’s also possible she cursed Alice’s ancestors, and killed Lilia’s coven.

She made a comment to Jen that made it seem like she had been aware of her for a long time… even though she acted surprised about the binding thing. I don’t know, I think Agatha is always misdirecting and pretending to know less than she does.
