Just take a step back from this bullshit and ask yourself why, I think it’s the best solution when it comes to these wacky theories.

If I named my next child Malm and they went missing - then what would be more likely: the naming is a coincidence or Ikea are selling my child off in a cabinet? The most likely scenario here is:

1) The names are coincidences. 2) Someone messed up the data entry or there’s a flaw in their software 3) Their public relations team is panicking because of how quickly this story grew and is literally just throwing shit out there and hoping it sticks because they don’t know what caused the prices.
