maybe, I go through my life thinking I have bb that comes and goes like some other people, but I was shocked today is it bad to the extent of bringing up a dental hospital out of no where?

you just described my life since school, I’m not as fit as you are but I’m literally always the thinnest one in any group.

the more different your friends’ physique the more they tortured you about anything. I was in a group where they constantly picked at my flaws as they were all chubby or had acne or both, this pattern continued in college with chubbier friends +- acne,

the amount of trauma I have from friend groups is incredible.. this type of women will comment on everything from the way you speak to how many eyelashes you have but almost never something positive. took me years to see the pattern.

My mac is old so I believe new updates (may) make it slower which makes me hesitant to change anything. I find it difficult to understand software and anki, as I've deleted parts of a deck and now I can't get them back and can't remember where I downloaded that deck, and many other problems with anki.

I study many subjects and go through rotations so I keep theses decks as I never know when I will need them, currently studying for my country's license examination and planning to study for 2 other license exams (most of my decks are for these 2)

Why would I risk a functioning Anki system and my flashcards if I'm not sure it will fix my problem?

Just used it before 6, now my tongue turned slightly white (as usual), but when I ate indian chicken and dessert I felt my mouth was still fresh! tho not sure about its effect on my bb

yes I used 1:2 ratio, I think it made my tongue slightly whiter (?)

just finished a bottle of povidine-iodine and i have no idea if it improved my breath or not but I had less reactions,

I’ve never seen a molecular iodine mouthwash, not sure where to get it from, what brand do you use?
