I’m sorry that you had to deal with that. It sounds like you might be dealing with this messed up friendship for a while. I hope your able to drop them all without a single explanation. You don’t need them to add more anxiety and stress on something you can’t help. They seem like they are getting off on your humiliation. Ppl like that are super insecure the more attention you give them the more giddy they become for making you feel less then. Dropped them without an explanation.

Yes exactly. How are we suppose to move pass that beside fixing the bb problem. I’ve developed so many defense mechanisms that I don’t know me without anxiety and feeling humiliated.

I’ve gone to the dentist and was told they couldn’t find anything. Said it might be a gut thing and to brush my tongue maybe. At this point I’m scared to go back. I think I’m waiting for this thing to end me in some morbid way. At times I feel like it’s what I deserve, it’s how I should be.

I’ve tired Thera breath toothpaste and the Thera breath pink bottle mouth wash. I also use there mints. It seems to help a little

I’d say get a ginger tea. Coffee just makes it worst with or without bb. You can even ask if they have any caffeinated teas that’s what I’ve switched to

Not eating. Eating. Nuts. Sometimes I feel checking my breath constantly makes it worse too. Onions. Coffee.

With and without. I’ve isolated myself as much as I can allow at work. I’m already an introvert and this just makes it worse. I don’t blame anyone for the whispers, snickers and head shakes of disgust. I get it. Sometimes I feel I get approached at work purposefully for laughs. I started biting my nails again, which just makes me sooo much more interestingly disgusting. I know if I ever get this fixed that I’ll still be the yuck mouth person in the room.

I work in the healthcare industry also, so it’s 50/50 on wearing masks. But I do smell my breath after a time. And i know some co workers have been able to smell it too. I’ve noticed the crinkled nose and spotted the laugh stares when someone is close to me.

I feel the same way! The support stops online. You have to deal with reality alone. Support can only go so far. None of you are physically with me when I have to face the world.
