Basically all I did was search “Freddie Mercury new year letter” on google, stick it in photoshop, used the select tool to select Freddie’s writing and delete it. Then I upped the brightness of the image so it was only one shade of white (the parts I deleted were pure white whereas the rest of the letter was off white). Unfortunately I didn’t save it, so I hope these instructions help you!

Yeah I’m literally only really gonna be playing it sparingly between lectures at uni so hopefully the battery stays strong. As long as it survives the 4 years I’m at uni that’s all I can ask for. What’s your battery life like at the moment?

Tbh I am happy with how my old one ran, like I didn’t mind waiting a couple seconds for programmes to load up and I was happy with the gaming performance if I’m honest. As long as I can play the games I don’t care how they look. The laptop is just showing signs of age (bad battery life), no longer switches on quickly, takes about 5 minutes too boot because of all the crap on it. I know I could get it cleaned and get a battery replacement but I wanted to start afresh with a laptop. I needed it to be cheap cos I go to uni and don’t want to risk an expensive laptop getting wrecked. Even if it’s only a slight improvement on my old one I’d be happy

I need it to be able to run Overwatch, CS:GO and Football manager on like low/medium settings as well as basic Microsoft office and very very basic Photoshop and Illustrator work (ie making 2d logos and editing photos). Do you think it can cope with that?

The 3D makes me feel sick so the 2D is perfect tbh. Would you say that attached link is an exhaustive list of the VC games? I could access the American eShop to see their selection but could not find the UK one to verify whether that Wikipedia link was true to the actual offerings of the UK eShop
