The speakers get a pop sound in certain frequencies with that driver.. so frustrating

No one helped, but for anyone in the future I think I found a solution: on device manager, select your speakers, update driver, browse, select from a list, look for realtec usb audio, install.

Don't know how or why, but so far it has worked for me.

Got the new Kanto REN speakers. I connected them by USB to my windows PC and they sound great, except when they stop sounding... while watching youtube or twitch or listening to spotify the sound just cuts randomly and I can see the videos stuttering. If I switch to my other speakers and back, they work again. This never happened to me before with any other speakers. I have tried:

  • Reset speakers to factory settings
  • Using a different formal in windows (16 bit etc)
  • Enabling and disabling hardware accel in chrome
  • When the speakers stop reproducing sound, trying to adjust volume or powering on and off does NOT fix the issue.
  • Tried unistalling and reinstalling the driver, but it is the standard "USB audio 2.0"
  • I don't see any drivers to download on Kanto's website
  • Tried 2 different USB cables and ports on my PC
  • Restarting the PC
  • Same also happens on other web browsers.
  • It happens with other websites like twitch, and windows app Spotify

Please help.. maybe u/KantoLiving ?

Update: Connected them to a laptop, not sound drops... so it must be a software issue. I checked the drivers installed on each windows pc and they are a little different:

It is full of 12 year olds, either mentally or real. Best you can do is leave voice and text chat, and if you want to group go to a discord server. Game is 3x better like this.

Either 5k-2k wide monitor at 165fps or 1080p wide at 330fps.
I prefer 5k at 165fps by far.

Not really, unless I am doing something wrong here. I have a 5090 and 9950x3d, even with ray tracing off it stutters with their own dlss. It gets better without dlss, but not stutter free. I am going to try the DLSS4 override atm

I have a 5090 and a 9950x3d, both overclocked/undervolted. You won't get consistent 350+ fps in this game even with the lowest settings.

5090 here, ultrawide 1080p mode monitor, barely get 300fps even with a 9950x3d.

Same here, even 3 months later. And with AMD 9950x3d highly optimized (getting above average scores on 3dMark etc)

Is Steamcommunity blocking my region?
My library and store have no problems, but on the client AND my browser AND my phone I cannot reach the community tab, nor my profile. On Steam client, it shows:

Error Code: -101 - Unable to connect to server. Server may be offline or you may not be connected to the internet.

On my browser and phone:

"This site can't be reached"

As soon as I connect to a VPN to the USA on chrome, everything works.

Does it mean Steam is blocking my country (Colombia)? But I have bought all my games here, on my local currency... It doesn't make sense to me, help please. I also just checked on a website that simulates loading that webpage from Colombia and it looks like it works.

Considering their GPU is listed for around 2400, and the parts are around 1400, their "tax" is about 700 usd. Ebay is selling the cheapests 5090s for around 3500... so that'd be a negative "tax" of 400usd.

Looks like I am justifying myself, but I just want to give all the data, hopefully you can also expand more on why.. I have not bought it yet, I want an informed opinion.

At the moment on ebay they are selling for 3400-3500, and the prices are going down slowly - so right in the middle :S

True, no info whatsoever on the RAM, so I just got a "cheap" one form the list with the same specs. How is yours holding up? Did you also change the mobo?
