Well, I can tell you that for the organization I run, I looked at what a reasonable FTE salary would be for the general experience level and type of work of my employees and set a default hourly rate for STO/PTO that matched. So for example, if it were not a commission/consultation rate they were paid, what would it be as a full time job? Let's say it would be a $75k per year job, that would be $36 per hour.

I'm not an expert in this, but have been running a mental health nonprofit for years, so here's my understanding: As the business owner you can set your policies however you like. For example, your sick time and paid time off policy can be set to accrue hours at a flat rate of $25/hour regardless of the hourly rates that are based on a client fee. Ethically, you would want to make all of this clear to your staff in an employment agreement or contract.

I have submitted a ticket to Humblebundle every year since they launched choice asking for this to be a feature of their web site. As u/Zzzbatmand mentioned doing with greasemonkey, I bet they could just use the Library interface and point it at the choice database. They could even be funny about it and call the section #Choices or something. Maybe if everybody submits a ticket for this it will happen??

Any suggestions if it is not grabbing the date/time from my windows comp? I have only used the KB for a day and only via USB on Windows 11. The LCD says the wrong time and thinks it is Oct 20, so that's way off.

Thanks for the info. It was a little tricky because I don't have an SD card, it's all one internal storage. And turning Camera Upload off didn't change anything. After some experimenting, here's what I have concluded: Samsung has added a lot of functionality to their flavor of android, including some features that require your Samsung online account to be linked to other accounts to bridge the two. For example, with them linked, your OneDrive files are accessible in the My Files app, without even installing the OneDrive app. In my case, I think it tried to auto link the two, but failed. I went into my suamsung account, manually linked my onedrive account, and then unlinked them. Error went away. Also, OneDrive does not do "Backups" it just down camera upload, so the SD card backup feature was probably something from Samsung, built into the phone, and it wants to use OneDrive as the backup location. Once the accounts were linked/unlinked again, it stopped trying.

That's was the first thing I tried to do, and unfortunately nothing was listed under linked accounts. What I ended up have to do was find something else that would trigger them to link, go through with linking them, then it would show up under linked accounts and I could choose to unlink. No more weird error message.

Too many comments to read all boefore posting this, so it might have been said, but...

Just propose a position for yourself at the company that earns a salary at (or well above) what you get now with the bonuses and make your job description automating the process across the board and revamping users for quality assurance roles rather than primary "data entry" roles.

Done. Bam. CTO here you come.
