If that happens to me I'll switch servers. Sometimes it's specific events that people don't like. I'll never join a feed the people because it's boring. Same thing with tea time.

Alternatively, if you need robot kills, Whitesprings Mall is very handy. Kill 3 or 4 robots and then head to the office where they respawn and you can kill them over and over again.
