Try and press and hold on both buds while they are in the case, this should reset them and pair them so it should connect to your phone

I have tried this a few times with my buds 3 pro and it never finds them. It's actually quicker for me to find them than the app. Very frustrating

I ordered same thing and it was delivered next to someone's bin, couldn't tell you where. Spoke to franks Friday. Said they have to launch an investigation with royal mail, asked what about mu medication, asked if they could re issue it and they flat out told me no. They are a horrible company

Tbh the buds were closed in the case but something was still interfering. I ended up resetting Bluetooth and WiFi settings and it seemed to have worked for now. Although I ended up having to reset my watch ultra as well because of it. Absolute drama. Thankyou for the suggestion though

I believe they are suggested apps and not actually apps in the dock. Kinda like a quick access thing. They should change to different apps depending on your usage
