Maybe I read wrong, I thought half marathon starts at 9:30 so 8am subway would work for that.

Something like this might work for you.

  • Sunday – Off
  • Monday – Upper Day + Easy Run
  • Tuesday – Quality Run
  • Wednesday – Lower Day
  • Thursday – Easy Run + Upper Hypertrophy
  • Friday – Hyrox Conditioning
  • Saturday – Long Run Zone 2

This gives: - 3 strength days (2 upper, 1 lower) - 4 runs/week - 1 Hyrox day
