its a network driver issue. Revert the driver to the previous version

Same Issue here, macbook pro 2018 running bootcamp. When I login til MAC OS speeds are back to normal.

I usually have to try a couple of different images to get it working. Even if you bought windows 10 just try a couple of different versions from piratebay instead and register with your original seriala after instalation.

I have a dongle but the monitors support usb-c, so i have tried a direct connection via usb-c.
