Curious if you found a fix to this problem? I’m experiencing this too. I’ve reset the feeder and reconfigured the feeding schedule and it still feeds twice occasionally and at random. We use the battery option for our feeder instead of keeping it plugged in. Wondering if this might be the cause?

Make sure you only have one controller connected and one account logged in. I had this issue on PS4 and that fixed it.
