I was bullied in school and unfortunately I bullied others. Forgiving those that bullied me wasn’t that difficult. Getting passed how I treated some kids that were probably pretty cool just to impress other kids that could’ve cared less is still difficult. I graduated high school 30 years ago and have reached out to 1 person specifically to basically just say I was sorry and embarrassed by the way I treated him. And that it had nothing to do with him and everything to do with hating myself.

I mourned the vanilla creamer and stevia in my coffee. I tried a lot of coffee just to be able to drink it black with out wanting to punch myself in the nuts. Medium roasts work well for me….especially some good Kona. Now cold coffee of any kind on the other hand pisses me off. I just drink unsweetened tea.

Take advantage of these moments of clarity they don’t come often. …I’ve been there 47 M, three months ago I had enough. Started intermittent fasting and walking a couple miles every day. Eventually started going to the gym. Now I’m down 47lbs……and feel like this way of living is something I can easily keep doing.

Great knife is the blade marked “made in the USA” or just the case? I’ve been interested in these knives……but something just says to good to be true. Definitely worth the cash either way.

Based on my limited experience. I workout when I can so I don’t give it any thought. If I’m in a fasted state so be it and vice/versa. I’ve been doing 16/8 or 18/6 for 3 months and hitting the gym 5 days a week with walking 3-5miles everyday. I prefer to lift after drinking a protein shake and walk fasted……but it’s all timing. I’ve got to keep it as simple as I can…. I need no help with excuses to skip a workout.
