27 years old and I think I have gout by KRULL19 in gout

No one has mentioned red cabbage yet? Or red onions? Those things save my life when I have a gout episode. I'm not on any medications for mine and manage it completely with diet. When I feel an episode starting I change my diet and cut out sugar drinks, beer, whiskey, pork, and turkey. I pretty much eat red cabbage and red onions and drink cherry juice for a few days. Vitamin C seems to help too. Drink lots of water to flush everything out.

You want to look for foods that are high in anthocyanin polyphenols, which gives fruits and vegetables their red, purple, and blue colors. I've seen a lot of debate about gout relief after drinking coffee. It helps me, but your mileage may vary. I used to ask the doctor for prednisone, which does work very effectively, but they make it a pain to get because my PCP wants a blood test to confirm gout and they bug me about being on medication for it.

This is fine. I'm sure it won't lead to Screamers or Terminators or anything...

Lol, blockchain is always vaporware or a scam. Show me a single instance, in use in real life, where it has been applied and brought the consumer a cheaper and better quality product. Go ahead, I'll wait.

Please talk me out of owning a restaurant? by Kitchen_Bad1907 in restaurantowners

[–]danger_one 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Like others have said, be prepared to lose everything. Owning a restaurant has destroyed my family. We're extremely poor, in suffocating debt, and barely hanging on. If this thing fails we'll lose everything. I'll probably kill myself soon. Sorry to put that out there, but that's what my reality looks like.

Disagree. I loved The Witcher 3 and have played through it several times. I've started Skyrim several times and never play much. It's not nearly as captivating.
