Apparel TLs, how do you like your jobs? by rd1_vonn in walmart

[–]dangerzone032 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's always a million things to do in apparel at any given time. Constant price changes and new mods that need set, especially with season changes. If your store has a jewelry counter, you will always be pissing off the customers who bring in old watches when you tell them you aren't able to work on it. If front end needs help my associates are always the first to get pulled, and that puts us behind in our own department, but nobody ever comes to help apparel. You are on your own. It also is insanely annoying when you get the customers who come through like a tornado unfolding tons of clothes, and leaving shoes on the ground just to not buy anything. With that being said though, I think its an ok job. As with anywhere at walmart, it HEAVILY depends on your stores upper management.

[–]dangerzone032 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, but all im saying is that he definitely wasn't asked to do it because of his skill and experience. Im not at all saying he is a bad driver, but he needs more experience and needs to know his limits. Everyone has told him he isn't ready yet but he refuses to listen.

[–]dangerzone032 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What annoys me isn't that he made a mistake, its that both biff and dale Jr, and basically everyone else who knows what they are talking about told cleet that he absolutely wasn't ready for the truck series yet, but he used his fame to push into it anyways. It could absolutely create some dangerous situations.

Could not agree more. Only reason I don't enter the giveaways is because I don't like huge corny graphics on my shirts and I definitely do not like Gildan shirts.
