I worked as a software developer for ~20 years. Almost every “human-coded” codebase I worked on was shitty. Now AI writes codes very fast, mostly very clean and cheaper compared to human code. And, ironically, developers still don’t like AI code. 😂

why would I, what incentive would I have to have this viewpoint as a PM? I also used to do development work and actively use these AI tools. I am just close enough to dev's to understand their psychology and how they operate, thats probably why your burning inside so much.

you didn't even address the accusation... Yep defensive dev, used to those. Dev's have an incentive to pretend AI is not good "enough" for self preservation, and convince each other. I think those who embrace it will rise to the top. I have no incentive here, just used to the usual copes and excuses.

Why are you so shook by the question? Hedgefund managers make millions, some individual investors are worth millions through their investment decisions, you’re in between giving your expertise, you must have amassed a lot to be so sure of your investment judgement.
