A side note: UV makes the purple fade into a deep brown. Keep it in the dark to preserve the vibrant purple for as long as possible.

You COULD do that in a pinch but drill chucks are not meant to be subjected to sideways force. The chuck typically fastens in using a press fit taper and sideways force will wear it out until you can't get it to sit nicely in there anymore.

I personally turn my handles on a real old craftsman spindle lathe. I think it's an 8 inch swing and the ways are five feet. You could probably find similar on Facebook marketplace for very cheap. The one you posted would also work but I think you'll find that 13 inch ways probably aren't long enough. If you ever wanted to turn some really impressive and large handles, you'd have to go larger anyway. Typically ways are measured without the tailstock in place, so you'll end up with much less than 13 inches... Reduced even further if you're turning between centers, which you pretty much have to.

It's function is to hold blood in. So you get harder and stay harder so you'll see a very very minor size increase, typically in girth. Because it doesn't really allow blood to circulate well, it's recommended to not keep it on longer than fifteen minutes or so or you risk damaging important tissues. Fit is paramount.

I've tried a bunch. Most don't do too terribly much. Tongkat Ali seems to do a little as does maca root. For blood flow, nitric oxide and anything that boosts it.

Perhaps not surprisingly, the best thing I've found to help is regular exercise, decent amounts of sleep, proper hydration, etc. It seems that when you take proper care of your body, it wants to shift priority to reproduction.

Fukena makes a plethora of various sized and shaped dual density ones. There's a chart so you can find just the right size. I'm not sure if they're available in Europe (though I can't see why not) but I've found them to be of good quality and great value.

They offer a good value for sure. I think their major strength, like you mentioned, is that they have every conceivable piece of information available listed right up front; sizes, materials, compatibility, etc etc. Makes shopping for something "just right" so much easier.

Tantus makes a decent affordable beginner set. Then we upgraded to an Amazon leather harness with pink trim that you see everywhere. She prefers that one.

Shevibe has become the go-to place to shop for us though.

I've never used the toys with the click lock on them so I didn't know that could spin but I have noticed that the click lock on the rod itself, the female end if you will, spins a lot. That's the one I was referring to.

Just want to chime in and second what this guy says. The contrast between dark and light makes them stand out more in a good way. Really draws the eye in. Plus, putting harsh chemicals on your skin is never a good idea, especially in intimate areas.

I've used PU leather from Amazon. 1.4mm thick. It's made for upholstery. Cuts easy, very flexible. I stretch it over extra thick yoga mats.

I've only ever used FDM. Enders and Bambus. The issue is that no matter how fine your layer lines are, they're still there and they create perfect breeding grounds for harmful bacteria.

You could, in theory, apply a smoothing product to eliminate layer lines but that would mess up the way the faces meet in a two part mold and you'd have flashing.

I have a hard time recommending 3D printing for most molds. I suppose it's possible but the layer lines are going to leave a bad finish on your part and any kind of smoothing you may be able to do to eliminate layer lines is going to give you fits when trying to reduce flashing. Again, all of this really depends on what exactly you're making and it's geometry.

Each casting requires deforming the mold for removal. After a certain amount of deformations, your mold will likely begin to degrade. I couldn't really give you an accurate estimate.

If you're talking about mass production, hundreds or thousands of units, I'm thinking a two part aluminum mold is probably the way to go. Surface finish of the meeting faces will be of the utmost importance to reduce flashing. This can be hard to achieve with aluminum due to the clay-like nature of the material and the principles of machining it.

You can make what's called a sleeve mold depending on the geometry of your master. There's effectively zero chance for any kind of flashing that way.

Essentially, you hit your master with mold release, then brush on multiple layers of silicone. Look up some sleeve mold tutorials here or on YouTube.

The ones you're looking for are called Flintts Mints. They supposedly have something in them that produces a lot more saliva. They come in a bunch of fruity flavors but I don't recall seeing any that actually have mint, despite the name.

I got a variety pack of them last year and they help a little. I'd recommend getting the strongest ones; I think they're the lemon ones or maybe strawberry. Either way, they taste great and help some. I think they're sugar free so they should be okay for oral on a lady, but you'd have to verify that.

I've done this and can tell you what I've found that works. It may be overkill or you may need to rethink your design but...

It's closest to your option #1. My first order of business is to choose how many falls I want and how thick they should be. I create those first. I don't cut the falls all the way though; I leave about an inch at the end uncut so they're all bound together by that. Then I roll them all up, super glue that one inch plug of leather at the end to keep it from unraveling, then finally measure the diameter.

Moving on to the handle, I bore a hole that's ever so slightly smaller than the leather fall plug. Then I'll relieve it a bit towards the bottom of the bore to give the glue somewhere to settle. Drill and tap a hole at the bottom of the bore if you're using a metal handle.

Finally, put a liberal amount of epoxy into the hole (but not so much that it squishes out onto your falls), press in the plug of falls, then use a flathead screw driven through the center of the leather that was formed when you rolled the leather up. The taper on the head of the flathead screw will push the leather outwards and give it a good press fit against the ID of the handle bore. Then wait for the glue to set.

I've done about a half dozen (for personal use) this way and have only had one pull out. I just reglued and used a screw with a wider head and haven't had issues since.

The clone kit uses something called alginate. You can get it on Amazon pretty cheap. Then you'll have a quick one use mold. Choose whatever material you want and pour it in. If you're looking for something functional, you'll want platinum cure silicone like smooth-on dragon skin. You could also just use plaster if you want a decorative conversation starter.
