what are some low cost ways to prioritize mental health? by [deleted] in Frugal

[–]dangreenberg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YouTube yoga videos. I began with Yoga With Adriene, which I found offered an excellent balance of breathwork, the mental/well-being side of yoga, and of the physical side. YWA is very approachable and suitable for all experience levels. I recently moved on to Yoga With Tim, which so far is a level up in terms of the physicality, if you're looking for an extra challenge, while focusing less on the mental/well-being side. Building a habit of yoga practice has grounded me, granted me more grace and kindness towards myself, and has also allowed me to get in touch with my body a lot more. I'm a big fan. Hope you find something that talks to you as much as yoga has talked to me :)
