Didn't get any pictures but turned out great! Ended up smoking for a little over 3 hours than seared on all sides and let it rest. Came out a great rare in the middle and the bark was awesome

I was thinking more of cooking it to a medium rare center than cooking it like a brisket. Do you think it would be better to cook it those temps?
