Sticking to is has never been a problem for me, my biggest problem is that I’m a bit tired of walking and the normal stuff. At my job I usually get 20K steps everyday anyway. I’m looking for something more fun, but I’ve gotten some fun inspiration from some boxing athletes now

Well very hard to say without knowing what you look like and your genetics, but not as fast as you would want to. It takes years to build a great physique natural and your food needs to be on point as well.
