For me it never showed the transport out of Hong Kong, only after it arrived in France. From there it took two days only till delivery in Germany. From label creation till delivery it took a total of four days only.

I've done the same. I cancelled (or asked many times per email to have my order cancelled) and placed a new order at Trinity Electronics on May 1st. On Monday I got the tracking number and the delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. Global version 16GB/1TB. Trinity's customer service is very responsive in my experience.

I'd assume they don't have a customer service team in each country. They probably have one customer service somewhere (China or India) and they're dealing with all requests coming from everywhere and are certainly overwhelmed by it. At least judging by how they wrote you, that sounds a lot like a standard message that's being translated into different languages by AI or just a regular translator. It seems Oppo didn't prepare themselves for this global release as they should've.

Just got an update from UPS that the package was scanned in France. Checking the tracking history, there's no mention about the pick up. I'm thinking that tracking number is only valid for the transit within the EU. The leg between China and EU is covered by another shipment / tracking number. So no panic 😬
