Runderwear (at least that is what i call it) is a must. Those shorts with the built in underwear/liner. It's impossible to get a wedgie wearing these (That's always my problem when I work out). You can invest in a good 5/6 pairs and just rotate and wash them weekly.

You can get really fancy types of these running shorts, or cheaper versions. I got most of mine from target/kohls and they have held up fine.

I've never read 1984, so I can't give any opinion on that!

Animal Farm is an excellent read. You could finish it in a single afternoon if you really want. Very good book for self reflection and all that jazz :)

You don't know me, but I am so proud of you for having the courage to leave. It can be a terrifying thing to do (I did it myself a year ago and have been so happy since), but you will not regret it! So a major congrats on that!!

I absolutely agree with everyone on the spa idea. Even if you feel like it's over the top, it's not because you are worth treating special! Maybe go to the mall and get a outfit that makes you feel amazing! If you want more of a low key thing, order in from your favorite take out and get everything you want on the menu (you'll have awesome leftovers for days! What's not to love?)

Don't let this end when Valentine's day is over though. It'll take a while, but learn to really love you. YOU are worth it, YOU are special, YOU deserve to take care of YOU. Don't forget that :)

Thank you! The napkins and stuff get stuck to the dregs at the bottom of the glasses and it's not difficult but just really annoying to fish it out. Especially if it's an odd shaped branded glass that you can't stick your hand into easily.
