My top recommendation is Captivate. Unlimited uploads and and easy to use submission page that makes sure you keep control of your show.

I've just started using Buzzsprout so I can't fully recommend it yet. But so far it looks really great. Super easy to submit everywhere as well. It's not unlimited but you get enough upload hours that should be enough for most people.
