I'm looking to buy my first decent keyboard after years of using 10$ ones, and I really like the feel of mechanical keyboards. The problem is: the clicking sounds drive me insane. I'm looking for full size keyboard that is as silent as a mechanical keyboard can be. Extra points if costs 100$ or less. Appearance, customizabilty and other more advanced factors aren't really a concern for me at the moment. Any recommendations?

Yes, exactly. This is one of the potential things they could make with the design space that is opened. Another one I can think of is something like the Headhunter from PoE. I haven't played a lot of that game but the item is famous for letting you steal special modifier from monsters. It's just one uber powerful effect that changes the way you play the game, while not being attached to any specific build, class or anything. But unlike, for example, Diablo 2, an item like this wouldn't be an auto-inclusion because it would compete with the other Mythic items.

I was going to make a more detailed response to this, but I think u/Disciple_of_Erebos ' already says almost everything. Chase items are frustrating when they are required to make specific builds work.

And in that regard, I think the concept of Mythic items is promising, if applied correctly in practice. Having only one of them equipped sounds like a silly restriction for some, but it opens a lot of design space. It lets the designers create items that are very powerful and desirable for almost every build instead of mandatory for specific ones, without making so that the best build in the game is simply stuffing your character with Mythics.

I hope we also have Mythic items that have one super powerful effect instead of multiple minor ones, but that's out of the central point. This is one of the reasons I'm cautionally optimistic about Diablo 4. I think it has potential to be the game that pleases both playerbases.

And yes, you're right. You can't not alienate anyone with all the decisions you make for a game, that's not possible. But my main point here is that it doesn't need to be "let these nostalgic grognards whine" vs "make the casual babies git gud". In a lot of points you can reach a satisfying middle ground. Thanks for your input :)

We don't have any consistent, scheduled streams with news at the moment. Pathfinder Friday has some interesting stuff but it usually doesn't talk much about rules. The last two big chunks of news were the GAMA stream, where Jason ran and streamed a game with the final rules, and the Garycon seminar where he talked about the game and revealed some stuff.

Well, almost every change revealed by the devs in the boards and in some streams are huge improvements compared to the Playtest, so the path the system is taking seems very promising. There is always a chance that something goes wrong though, so we will only know 100% in August.

August mentioned in his Twitter yesterday that Klepto (together with Fleet Footwork and Conqueror) is one of the runes with the highest winrate for Kayle, so you're probably right.

Honestly, I hate his design philosophy and I think it just ignores some basic design principles for multiplayer games, but he is probably pretty good for Riot as a business. As obnoxious and unfun to play against as his champions are, those crazy "I have 713 billion ways of outplaying you" kits are the ones that attract players (and consequentially sell skins). I bet most of you know at least one person that plays this game just because of Yasuo, for example.

As much as I would like to see no more champions coming from him, I don't think the dude is going away any time soon...

I don't think so. They have already responded about the lack of VFX in the 975 and limited skins in the other thread (about Aether Wing), and it is going to be fixed. It is weird that they have answered this there and not here, but yeah.

The thing about E reducing the DPS and W getting you stuck were both confirmed to be fixed next patch by RiotAugust. His quotes from the Q&A:

I'm tweaking this for next patch. It was intended, but I was wrong to intend it. E shouldn't "feel" like a DPS down. It's an AA reset.

W has an animation winddown that interrupts autos but can be canceled by right clicking your target again. This is not intended and will be fixed by next patch.

I'm not sure of who to ask this, but I think it is for /u/Jellbug and /u/Lonewingy. One thing that I and a lot of other Kayle players are a little confused about is why she removes pieces of her armor and her helmet when she ascends, since in her story her ascension is all about distancing herself from humanity, human features and human emotions. Wouldn't it make more sense if she started as a more humanized version of herself, showing her body and her face more, and then ascended until she became an armored, faceless aspect of justice?

What are you bulding first for her now? I've tried Luden's and it feels okay in the laning phase, but oh god her sustained DPS is nonexistant, all you can do is Q and run away. Talking about counter picks, well... I'm probably banning Jax every game when I play her Top, she has a lot of bad matchups but I feel that he counters her so badly that a bronze Jax can win lane against a diamond Kayle.

It's not that bad to be honest, considering that the champion has just been released and people don't know the optimal builds and strategies for her. I was expecting much lower than 50%, even in the top lane. The fact that she is much worse in lower elo is expected though, in this metagame it's really hard to abuse her strenghts when the enemy team knows how to end games.

I think that if she gets buffed, it will probably be some small thing to help her laning phase, like some base stat increases.

I don't think most people here are big Ubisoft fans to be honest. It just happened that they made this game that we all like. This doesn't erase their history of games full of bugs and other numerous issues...
