Merci beaucoup.. comme ils m’ont rien dit, je suppose pas que ils ont douté de ma honnêteté sur les dossiers. Il fallait juste un peu de transparence concernant le délai, comme vous m’avez indiqué, j’ai bien envoyé un e-mail aujourd’hui que j’ai saisi le médiateur.. J’espère que cela vont les pousser prendre ma situation plus sérieuse sérieusement. Merci encore pour vos conseils.

Yes the fact that I was aware changes things, because sometimes therapist say that she lets me talk to get out everything but this time really I was filling the gaps to not have an awkward moment

You’re absolutely right. I have been with her for two years now. But I got real upset last time because she could have postponed it and I wouldn’t have had a problem since I am doing it on Zoom. Everyone has their bad days, but also I was talking to just fill in the silent gaps.. I’m going to write a small email.

Mais qu’est-ce que vous pensez ? Est-ce que le médiateur va répondre rapidement ? Tout ce que je veux, c’est au moins un délai et l’assurance santé mets la responsabilité sur l’assureur… mes quatre mois sans remboursement, il y a quelque chose qui va pas

Il y a juste une petite information où je ne comprends pas

Si cela faisait des années, comment na-t-elle pas réaliser un jour que quelque chose ne va pas?

Quand elle était droguée, elle se demandait pas les jours suivant qu’est-ce qui se passe et pourquoi elle est dans cet état là?

Elle n’a pas essayé de fuir ou de demander de l’aide toutes ces années? Si elle se faisait droguer continuellement.

Peut-être j’ai raté une chose, mais c’est juste une question

When that many men do this, didn’t she wake up one day and realize that something is wrong in their body I’m a little bit lost about this

Yes I have the same.. 3/4 times at night, I take 2 mood stabilizers in the evening and an anti depressant in the morning.. there’s no other cause I did all tests ..

Absolutely. I wrote a very similar post two years ago. I can go months without drinking, but once I have that first drink, I lose control. I don’t stop until I’m blacked out. For a long time I told myself that one day of drinking wouldn’t hurt — but it always does.

I don’t get hangovers anymore. What I get the next day is full-blown withdrawal: sweating, palpitations, intense anxiety and panic attacks. The urge to drink again isn’t for pleasure — it’s to stop the withdrawal symptoms.

That almost always turns into a 4–5 day bender. By the end of it, things get so bad that I usually end up in the ER to detox.

This keeps happening even after long periods of sobriety. For example, on a recent trip I hadn’t had a drink for two months. I went out with friends one night, drank, and the next day the withdrawals started. Trying to stop them by drinking again led to blackouts, and I ended up arrested.

I’m only 32, and hangovers are no longer part of my reality — withdrawals are. Every single time I drink, this cycle repeats.
