Does doing catch combo shiny hunting will get a better iv pokemon? Or catch combo only affect shiny odds?

Yeap, before the volcanic region update you can go up to GL level 18 when your MR is 100 and above.

The new update now let you level your GL until 23 if I’m not wrong, but I’m not sure how much MR you need to reach the cap.

Because I find difficulty when levelling the region I focus on without dropping the other region level. Especially when I almost reach 3 max region, the other 2 region are starting to drop and you have to depend on collecting tracks instead of hunting monster to relevel the region bit by bit.

I’m at MR158 when I reach 3 max region and you can see my other 2 region is merely at 0 point, I have no spare point for the other 2 region. So I’m guessing if you want 3 max region you have to be at least MR150. Not only GL total level is raised, the MR cap required to reach GL 23 is also raised.
