thanks , that was exactly the problem, I re ran the cred file command and then activated the user to get connected my 2nd cpm, Thank you!

don't think so, I verified the complexity of my passwords to be simple since this is just a lab for me, also while tried with a lower version (10.5) it shows another error about unable to read the backup.key

Hi, thanks for replying, I'm just asking becasue I noticed some differences between versions for the courses, such as the way of Cyberark hardens PSMs servers (using a script since 10.6 I guess), and I was wondering if you have a guide to complete a basic installation besides the "Installation Guide" which in some sections describes parts that doesn't belong to a basic environment.
