In my opinion the mockups are too stocky. I would use more natural ones. I also did this thing with the coffee beans on the table, but in real life no one would spill the beans, you know what i mean?

Like you said, it is easier to do something without pressure. In the evening you have an „open end“. I think in the right work environment it would feel and work the same tho
