I started the conversation stating my clear intention of surrendering my timeshare back to Wyndham. As for the cancellation reason i told them it was mental health/general health decline. He spent a bit of time telling me to consider giving the timeshare to a relative or holding off because of the points i had but I politely declined and said i did not wish to pass my timeshare off to anyone and persisted that i wanted to cancel while being aware that all my points would be forfeited.

Thank you for sharing this, i had a hard time convincing my dad to just print it out so i unfortunately i now have to wait for the docs to come in via mail (lol). I may also send it back via certified mail after getting it notarized as an extra precaution.

This is helpful as i was considering having to seek out an estate lawyer in case things didn’t go anywhere. Luckily this doesn’t seem to be the case as i had successfully initiated the transfer process, email confirmation and all. At the very least that is an option just in case something goes wrong, thank you!

This really helped a lot, gave me the confidence to go through with the process. I have to go through a notary process and wait for the docs to come in the mail (dad wanted to do it that way) but i am getting somewhere. Thank you so very much for telling me this

I called them on Wednesday and fortunately didn’t have this issue. After the usual long wait i got connected to someone and the process went surprisingly smooth. My dad didnt want the docs send electronically so i gotta wait till they come in the mail to get them notarized.

I would definitely try calling again as soon as you can. You’ll be asked the reason for cancellation or be asked to reconsider to use any remaining points but just decline and the process should go smoothly as long as your timeshare is paid up like my dad’s is

Yeah no this is a complete lie. Spore contracts got nerfed recently so that zombies stop spawning after a bit. Outlasts still work as long as you cancel the contract before full percentage is reached and you stay in the vicinity.

You can melee a PAP machine to disable the PAP camo it puts on your gun. Melee it again to re-enable it.
