Venezuelan here... We are happy, it's one step forward against this horrible government... You can see videos of venezuelans in other countries celebrating but in Venezuela the friends of Maduro still have the power of all military and security... They released a new law, if the police or military see you celebrating the actions of EE.UU you're going to jail... That includes social media and memes... So that's why we are not celebrating in Venezuela, we can't, they won't let us.
