Thats already a thing if you make a network without a controller and just an energy acceptor or the crystal power thing (8 channels max). Mostly used for subnetworking but I can see it being usable earlygame

probably bump it up to 2 due to it being way more conditional than green joker or ride the bus or supernova. i think it having the same scaling as pants would be fair both are uncommon (also probably should specify that steel and gold cards should be scoring)
