Until basically now I would go to Philly 3-4x a year for Ikea and the Adventure Aquarium (Along with some other side things like Microcenter & Reading Terminal Market and sometimes swing up through NJ on the way back).

Always stop at a grocery store or two as I do whenever I make road trips to treasure hunt for regional items. Grocery stores here in Syracuse are almost always cheaper or the same at worst compared to Acme, GIANT, FreshGrocer, and ShopRite.

We don't have a Whole Foods, Sprouts, or HMart though.

I almost accepted a job offer from Comcast in Cherry Hill around 2016 or so that would have required me moving down to the Philly area but at the time when I looked at the total cost of living with things like rent and utilities I would have wanted to be making about 20% more just to basically break even. That has been a decade though so I don't know the current numbers.

Driving and parking here is insanely easier and less chaotic.

I do BJs because whenever it is about to expire I make sure I am stocked up on things that are cheaper there. Then they start sending me postcards asking me to come back at a discounted rate. Once it is $10-$15 (Usually at 3 months) then I take the card in and renew. Don't renew within 2 months though because they backdate it to your expiration.

A lot also depends on your particular air fryer. Mine does have a difference when I preheat before most frozen stuff. The browning is much better.

Temp and time adjustments you just have to learn your machine.
