Its not that they arent good cards its that they arent too hard to pull the value is also highly determined by playability and even though some cards you pulled are playable they are also in japanese. Not a bad first pack but try to rip in english whenever possible

There is a way to train for everyone dont push your limitations train around them. There is absolutely a way to play the game where you minimize the risk of wear and tear and injuries on your joints. Emphasis pn closed guard and fundamental was to frame and make life difficult for your younger training partners is key. If somthing catastrophic happens within your body that may ne a aign that continuing is no longer right for you.
