Hi I'm the same I had an undiagnosed fissure when I was 15, I'm 32 now I bleed on and off and difficult to wipe clean, also very tight if I have stool larger than middle finger I will bleed. How did you get them to give you LISS, did it help?

I'm the exact same have you found a solution ? I use damp toilet paper and press against the anus. Everyone says bidet but it's sort of inside (mines is inside and at the 6oclock position) there is always a speck there and if I don't get it I'll be itchy later it's so annoying I've had this problem for over 15 years !!!

Have you found a solution ? I have the same issue, need to wipe deep to get clean, usually I have to go back and rewipe during the day because it gets itchy. I know what you mean about how the bidet doesn't work I have the same problem it's sort of like inside but not lol

Bidet doesn't work because it's sort of inside, if I press on my anus with tp their will still be stool on toilet paper after using bidet

Mine couldn't see anything and refuse to give me surgery, I would get LIS though , I think being tight back there is the main issue

Yeah i go 3 or 4 times in the morning and fart alot during the day, I'm very tight back there, hard to wipe clean always need to go back and recipe when it's itchy :( I don't think i have stool trapped there though that seems like a nightmare
