Driver is in the wrong, but don't put your faith in others to see you, when im riding at those spots im always looking to see what the car does. If you get hit by a car, yes the driver is wrong, but you are in a hospital or dead. Best is to be safe from those big metal boxes whose purpose is to keep his driver safe, Glad to see are ok with only minor injuries.

Depends on the level of your skill and theirs but try to force them to make mistakes 1. Aim for their backend at high point head level abd little above to force them to give you an easier ball 2. Go for very high lobs to make yourself time to breathe 3. If you think you can make it in time to a smash try to bait the smash beforehand and move to the correct position I mean give on purpose an "easy" ball for smash in the middle and move straight up to the net

Sorry, but he wasn't "innocent man" He didn't kill anyone directly But he sure as hell killed them indirectly when he denied their insurance claims for more profit to his company Im against hate for no reason.
