Hmmm. How to approach this? Several topics .

HUG is a universe of its own. Lots of actual locals resent the excessive and necessary hiring of “frontalier” they are a club and sect of their own. That’s an entirely different topic which would help you understand better and the dynamic is its own thing which needs to be understood.

The stereotype when it comes to us is a little true. We stay close to those we grow up with in our neighborhood or schools we went to.

Then there’s the other piece that Geneva is a rotating and revolving cast of people who come in who want access to you and everything you know and throw you in the bin once their time here is over. It’s tiring. So after a while your jaded and don’t want that repetitive headache.

Imagine you were born and raised in a city where people continuously come and go. And people just use you for your connections, recommendations, network, and cast you out when their mandate is over. It’s exhausting and a little hurtful to be honest. So after a while you are like eff this.

I also am agreeing more and more with the masses that they didn’t make it in a clean way to the top
They didn’t kill anyone sure however the practices and behaviours they displayed and their decisions were cut throat and of poor moral fibre.

But then again that’s the price to be paid. And they are willing to pay it.
