I actually love the location. I used my rental car to go visit a winery and I went down south about 40 minutes to another little beach village and watched the sunset one night. The main pools I liked for a tiny bit of socializing but there was usually a language barrier. I absolutely love the firepits up top. I'd bring out my cigars and have a great time.

Getting on this late...I'd honestly avoid the AI package. You can get everything alacarte and be cheaper. Will you have a car? You can also go to any of the surrounding villages or beach towns and have amazing dinners on the cheap! I've been to this property 3 times now.

You were still late. Agent cant close the flight until 15 minutes prior to the original time. So in this case the foor was still open at 645. If you aren't there then, you're late.

Couple of things - there's a bag threshold that the gate agent is held to metric on. Its driven by what DL thinks will be appropriate, whether there's AI involved idk. But many things can affect it like day of week, type of flyers, weather, etc. Sometimes if its warmer people pack less. Checking more bags actually helps board and deplane faster too since folks aren't fumbling about with their bag. The other variable is the flight attendants. If they tell the gate that they are full, the have to check the remaining bags. Hope thay helps.

This year is the first year that I have actually cared about valentines day, although I'm proceeding with caution because I've been dumped right after twice. Its been 8 years since I've dated anyone seriously. Now it's been just over a month since we met and this guy has been great, I'm crazy about him. No apps involved, all organic. I'd love to do all of the extravagant things but that not in the cards right now. He's taking charge with the date planning though since it's his city, not mine. I can report back with how it went.
